All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked, simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warm.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for a longer shelf life.
Delivery
When will I receive my meals?
We deliver every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver throughout Brampton and surrounding areas within our delivery network.
